National Recruiting Manager

  • Motivated Individuals with at least 3 years of Executive Level Recruiting or Phone Sales Experience Required.
  • Ability to Learn Quickly and Communicate Effectively.
  • Build Applicant Sources by Researching and Contacting Existing Network and Conducting New Searches for Open Positions.
  • Able to Show Proven Track Record of Success in Recruiting/ Sales Environment.
  • Help Achieve Staffing Objectives by Recruiting and Evaluating Job Candidates, Advising Managers and Transitioning Candidates.
  • Solid Organizational Skills and Ability to Maintain Multiple Relationships and Contacts While Seeking More Opportunities for Growth.
  • Experience with Bullhorn a plus.
